The Licence
A little proof of qualification.
During the education process you basically learn what to teach and how to teach. Starting with the steps, technique and principles of a bunch of dance figures. Later on you are gonna made familiar with pedagogics, didactics, rhetorics and methodics, accompanied by anatomical an medical basics as well as the business of associations. After all you have to prove your skills by explaining some figures in detail, giving a demonstration lesson and a multiple choice test.
Though I think that it is very good to know that the teacher is educated and qualified, it is important as well to have a good feeling about the relationship.
So it is always good to meet in person to sense if making a journey together feels right.
